FlipDog is a smaller job search site, but it is growing in popularity, especially among smaller recruiting departments. When I was a consultant doing search on the side, I couldn't afford to search the Monster database because it was too expensive, so I bought into Flipdog and got excellent results. Since you can post your resume for free at Flipdog , you should go ahead and make sure your resume is there.
