Nailing Your Second Interview

Hi, I have a second interview next Tuesday and i am meeting the Directors which i didnt in the 1st interview and it seems very dawnting, plus there are 2 other people going for the interview too. How can i make myself stand out from the rest without making a prat out of myself?

To nail the second interview you should focus on:

1. Perfect first impression . Nail it.
2. Prepare for your interviews (give TOP SHELF answers... be ready)
3. Bring evidence that you are the best candidate (reviews, kudos letters from customers, samples of your work). I call this a "brag book."
4. Send personal thank-you notes to all the interviewers immediately.

Specific advice on all of the above is on my website . Now that you're in the end-game, it's even more important to be well-prepared and ready to score. Outwork the competition, and you will earn the offer.
